I’m Mel, a T-shaped content generalist with deep roots in experience design, product content strategy, and copywriting.

I work in the in-between spaces: shaping user journeys, spotting research patterns, and connecting the dots others might miss. For me, it all adds up to one thing: helping teams tell the right story at the right moment.

I've lived in several different cities but am excited to be back in my hometown Toronto, especially to explore how the urban landscape and food scene have evolved since I left. When away from my desk, I’m usually elbows-deep in some new cooking or baking project, planning my next trip, or spending time outdoors with my husband, sons, and dog, attempting to be the kind of family that always knows where the trailhead is.
